Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team based in Sydney.

As the leader for all aspects related to our software products, you will be a key member of the leadership team and will have a direct impact on the future success of MacroView.

You will be responsible for product strategy, planning, delivery, and product marketing. This will include managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the development, quality assurance, sales, and support teams, to deliver outstanding products.

This role will also be a people manager of the software engineering team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience as a Product Manager in a successful software, SaaS or Cloud Services company working in an Agile environment
  • Proven to be a great people leader and demonstrate passion for building a collaborative culture
  • Proactive, highly focused and self-motivated with critical thinking skills
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
